7/17/25 Review - Alex came to my house for a scheduled annual A/C inspection. He was very polite, professional and thorough as he went about inspecting and testing the HVAC unit in the basement as well as the outdoor unit. When finished he went through all the photos and observations he made during his inspection. He found everything to be in good order with the exception of a slightly high amp draw on the blower motor, which I will keep an eye on. Again, very thorough and professional service. Joe responded to a service call for a tankless water heater that wasn't heating properly. There were no error codes to help identify the problem, so this required a fair amount of investigation to pinpoint the problem. Joe was meticulous in doing a full diagnostic examination of the heater and was successful in getting it fully functional. Very personable and professional throughout the service call.

Tremendous communication regarding our HVAC needs and was able to charge us only for what we need--didnt force an upsale at all. Appreciate that honesty!
