I am an RN but still consider myself in the service industry (a necessary service). Therefore, I value and truly appreciate when I receive excellent service. This company has provided excellent service in every encounter I have had with them. From scheduling my furnace tune up, to realizing I needed a new furnace (the old one had a crack), to figuring out my air compressor would probably be going soon (I decided to replace both), every step of this process has been phenomenal. Each representative and technician has been polite, knowledgeable, and honest (I did my research on the info I was given). I literally got the red carpet service; they put down red carpet runners over my carpet so mine would stay clean. My warranty is good for the next 10 years, so I look forward to having a relationship with Perfect for at least that long. 😊

Had an AC Tune Up performed. My interactions with company representatives were very good and the tech that came out did a great job explaining what he did and the condition of my HVAC system. His work & inspection seemed to be thorough and communication was good. It would be 5 stars if initial scheduling was sooner/more timely and if appointment time window was more certain -- at least on the day of the visit. I almost had to cancel due to this uncertainty.

David first repaired a leaking bathtub on day one to my complete satisfaction. His interpersonal skills are excellent and his work was perfect. Offered me options as to how to approach the issue, alerted me to the expenses of each option, and then went to work. At the close of that repair job I introduced him to my water heater and a dial that was damaged. When he looked at it, he immediately saw an issue. The unit was over 25 years old and had a substantial chance of breaking down and flooding the basement. I then ordered a new one and he came in the next day to install it with George. Both were outstanding in their work and cleanup and did an impeccable job with both the water side and the gas side of the project. Nothing but kudos for Perfect Home Services. They have done my HVAC and now this water heater. And all their installers and repair people have been excellent, friendly and careful in doing their work. After years of dealing with a hodgepodge of HVAC and plumbers--some good and some bad, I think I have found a company that I can count on. I added the VIP service for a nominal fee each year ($180) that will bring them out 3 or 4 times a year for maintenance without additional cost for the visit.

Used them for years as a VIP client and they will no longer include a water heater flush as part of their plumbing visit because my warranty on the tank expired. Tech claimed they no longer flush tanks with plastic valves that are not covered by warranty, hard to believe they aren't flushing older tanks anymore. Appointments take too long to schedule and high pressure sales tactics are often utilized. Always trying to sell some part or something on every visit.

If you have money to blow..use them. I needed the flow valve replaced and they told me it would be a little over $800!!!!! Got it fixed by someone else for $150..part included.

They took over my local heating and air company a few years ago and I bought their 2 year maintenance package. Everything was fine but now my maintenance package had expired and when they came out to look at my air conditioner they found issues, not only with the air conditioner but the furnace also. I got the air fixed but now they're telling me my furnace was installed incorrectly and will be over 2500$ to fix. The furnace and air are only 3-4 years old and they didn't find any issues until my maintenance contract was over. They don't honor any warranties from the company they bought who installed my furnace and basically told me im SOL. Based on other reviews I've now looked at it seems to be a reoccurring theme, they take over a company, then come in and say there's issues that they need to fix with outrageous prices, making you feel helpless. I advise to stay away. I feel like I've been scammed and taken for a ride.

Excellent techs and services they provide.Update 3/7/2022 - Jake Sinyard analyzed and performed my HVAC services with 100% accuracy and explained all aspects of what was required to keep my system within warranty specs. Great tech that got everything done in his visit today.Update 6/15/2023 - Outside fan operating erratically was 100% analyzed and fixed by tech Robert and I am so happy with his logical and friendly approach to service. Thanks, Robert!Update 6/19/2023 - Outside fan found to be operating erratically again and tech Larry analyzed the intermittent issue to be caused by the TXV component. He back ordered the part on 6/20/2023.Update 7/11/2023 - Part TXV arrived for installation on 7/6/2023 by tech James and the original issue is now nonexistent, great teamwork by the techs helped to resolve this elusive and intermittent problem. Thank you, Larry and James!!!Update 9/13/2023 - Furnace failure reported this morning and received response on-site before noon. Dominic resolved the issue and isolated 2 other issues that needed repair and was complete and out the door before 1pm. I learned a lot about what was going on with the plumbing in my house and Martin did not pressure me into buying anything that I didn't need. He was great - very professional and did a great job of answering questions and explaining what he found. Fortunately, since we keep up with our HVAC system, Joel did not have much to recommend to us. Overall, very pleased with Perfect Home Services as every tech who has come to our home has been fantastic.Update post on March 11, 2021Dennis Fau came to complete preventative maintenance on our AC unit to make sure we are in good shape for the summer. He did impressive work - shared with us a component we could have added onto our AC unit for a reasonable cost that could extend the life of our relatively new unit. We decided we would like the part installed and Dennis completed the work quickly and cleanly on the same day. Keep up the great work Dennis and team!Update post on February 7, 2021Bob came by to install a new Ecobee thermostat today (-8° on Super bowl Sunday). He was great! Worked quickly and cleanly. He was also very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. I highly recommend Perfect Home Services because of their top-notch techs, like Bob. Interestingly, learned today that Nest thermostats have a battery that dies if they are not wired in a certain way - not a problem with the Ecobee.Update post on September 17, 2020:Brent B came by today to perform an annual plumbing inspection that is part of the service package we had purchased with our furnace and AC back in February. He called ahead to let me know what time he would be at my home to complete the inspection, and arrived on-time.Upon arrival, Brent was very friendly and got to work quickly. During his inspection, he noted that one of our sump pumps was beginning to wear, so recommended a replacement. We agreed with his assessment and he was able to complete the work on the spot. Not only did he replace our sump, but he did a fantastic job of sealing off the sump well - it is very clean, looks great, and got rid of the smell of sulfur we used to get while doing laundry.I highly recommend Perfect for plumbing services, and don't hesitate to ask for Brent B as he did an amazing job.This is the second time we have used Perfect Home Services in 2020 and I am overwhelmingly impressed with the staff's professionalism and excellent work.Original Post from February 2020:Kyle R came by first to help troubleshoot the issue my wife and I were having with our furnace. He was very helpful and thorough in his explanations of the issue and our options to resolve.We decided a whole new heating and cooling system would be best for us. Kyle R was able to get an installation lined up the same day.Joe, Brandon, and AJ came out to complete the install. They were all very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly, and our heat was up and running in no time.We were incredibly pleased with our entire experience with Perfect Home Services.

Jeff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. He knew I had bad experience last year and he did everything in his power to make sure that didn't happen again. Thursday he came out and was told Saturday my AC unit will be replaced and got a called Friday said that a team is coming out today (Friday) to fix it. It was amazing!Steffan and Ivan were awesome! I am VIP member, but has to wait three month for regular checkup appointment. Then, I was told it’s too cold to run the AC diagnosis. Ended up with Visual inspection only for both AC and furnace.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From Jake who came out first to try and issues with our 40 year old furnace. He tried everything but ultimately suggested it would cost significant dollars. Jeremy came out the next day to assess our house and provide a recommendation on sizing for a new furnace and A/C unit (20 years old). Jeremy was very professional. Explained his assessment and then offered three solutions. Very reasonable. Pete annd Ivan did the install. They helped solve a space problem to perfection. The system has been running for week. System provides very even temps throughout the house. I’d go to Perfect again in a heartbeat

no star. service is very poor. dont honor their own warranties. we gor relay switch fixed by perfect home services just three weeks ago. it supposed to be part plus labor, part is only $30.00 they charge $400 + , stop working after three weeks, call them they say get check your well, if they say its switch then we come and fix it. not reliable at all. fraudualent company.

We’ve been a long time customer of Perfect Home Services. PHS arrived at my home to repair my air conditioning in less than 24 hours after the evening I called for service Alex was my Tech today. He called ahead and arrive on time, he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Alex had my AC problem identified and corrected in less than 20 minutes. He also did research and discovered my unit was still under warranty and so there was no charge for the part. Thank you Alex.If you’re not using Perfect Home Services, you should be. It a great organization.

They were set to come to our church in Chicago last Thursday and even called to confirm that they were on the stop before us. They then called us and said that they were no longer coming out to our location because of downsizing and because we were too far away from their service area. It would have been fine if they told us this from the beginning so we could start looking for another HVAC service. Instead we went another day without good AC because this company cancelled on us at the last moment.
