My initial call to Perfect was frustrating. I was asking for a routine AC tune-up, but was told that if I wasn't having an issues, someone would call me back to set up an appointment. No one did.About 2 weeks later I did have a problem, so I called again and this time I did get a good response and Dominic came and found the problem and fixed it. I was not happy with the charge though.

Jeff Aleman was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that he was doing and thoroughly walked me through the issues and options for solutions. He helped with with a cost/benefit analysis for each solution to help me make the right choice. In the end I ended up selecting a new furnace, because of the ongoing issues with my unit.I highly recommend Jeff and the Perfect Home team.

My first experience with Perfect Home Services was terrible, with a technician who "found" multiple problems on a working and well-maintained system with a price tag of over $2700. I cancelled my automatic renewal, but decided to give the company another chance after I was contacted by someone in authority at the company who had reviewed my account and told me the technician who had previously serviced my system had been let go and asked for a second chance to make things right. I am very happy that I did give them a second chance because they have done an outstanding job. I first had one of their repairmen out who replaced a pad on the humidifier attached to the furnace, and while he told me everything was working well for now, he also gave us a list of things that might go bad in the future, along with repair prices. Because the system was 17 years old, I decided to get a cost estimate for a new system to compare prices. Ultimately I decided to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system with the equivalent Bryant system as the cost of the new system was only twice what the expected repair costs for the old system were. From start to finish (repairman, salesman, and installation crew), I could not have had a better experience. Everyone showed up ontime, and the repairman and installation crew consistently wore booties to protect my floors (without my asking), and were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. The entire replacement took about 6 hours with 3 technicians. I feel that I got a quality system at a very fair price with outstanding service, and would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Home Services to anyone in need of HVAC repair or installation.

Mike Garcia was incredible! He was so friendly. Mike explained the process very well. He even removed a dead mouse from my ac unit outside. Great guy..Great service..Great price.I'm redoing my review! They cancelled 3 appts for my water heater flush. I rearrange the utility room to give them room to work..then I get a call to cancel. 3 times!!!! I do NOT recommend this company. Totally unreliable!!..ok edit time again. Had appt 2 wks ago. They were incredibly responsive.I called in the morning,that same day in the early afternoon they had a technician out to do a thorough investigation into the problems.We decided to get prices for replacements instead of repairing my existing equipment.They had an salesman out that same evening.We agreed upon a price and the very next day they sent two professional installers to complete the job.I would highly recommend them for anyone with immediate HVAC issues.

This was my second time using this company for my annual Hvac tuneup. The first time was great but now I have to update this review. The servicer accidentally broke the motor to my system and it started emitting a burning smell. Not sure if the smell is dangerous or not but he got a new motor to replace what he broke same day. There is still a strong smell that he said will dissipate in one or two days. I am upset that I ever had to go through this and will never use this company again. I haven’t heard back after calling about this but my hvac is from 2019 with zero problems and I still had to pay the dispatch fee for them to come here and disable my hvac system and now me and my family have to stay with a horrible smell. Nothing was wrong until he came to only tuneup my hvac system! Very unsatisfied customer.

I called Perfect Home services to have a tech come out to look at my 11 year old HVAC in my 11 year old house. The blower motor went out. Didn't appreciate the fact that he told me that I'd need to replace the exchanger and a-coil as well when they were working perfectly fine. Yes of course there is wear/tear on a an 11 year old system. To tell me that I'd be better off getting a new one and that people are lucky to get 11-12 years out of an HVAC/AC system like mine was outrageous. Pushed the "design consultant" to come out for a new system. I had to pry out the fact that it was only indeed my blower motor that needed replacing. He said yeah, then used a scare tactic that I could be ask risk for a fire. Funny he said this at the end and not right away.I got a second opinion and paid for it from another company. They did the same inspection without me telling them I already had one tech out. Never did they mention that I was at risk of a fire or other pats needed replacing or another HVAC system for that matter.The tech seemed like a nice guy but I question if this is a top to bottom initiative pushing these guys to force the buyer into a vulnerable position. Companies like this that are owned by big corporations only care about profits and showing those returns. Creates a toxic work culture that makes the customer feel this way.

Perfect Home Services may not be inexpensive. Home repairs rarely are. But, their service is professional, timely and I've only asked they return to make an adjustment ONE time out of a dozen or more over the years. This week, I had a plumbing repair I wasn't about to address myself and their technician (Brent, if I recall correctly) was exceptionally pleasant and has resolved the leaking issue, including a new pipe and couple of valves where necessary.

The technicians are all very well trained and educated in the latest HVAC services and make sure you understand what the issues are and the best path forward. Jordan specifically on the sales/customer service side of the business is wonderful and explains everything in detail if you are new to HVAC services, like I was, and makes sure you are getting the best options for your home that make sense without going overboard. He also does an excellent job of explaining what each piece of the system does and it's importance.

This is the third time that we have used perfect home services for plumbing issues. The first time we had issues with our floor heaters - called a bunch of places and no one knew how to fix it, but perfect came out and did that for a reasonable price.Next time was a clog in our duplex down home that was causing our bathrooms downstairs to backflow - our plumber that came out was incredibly kind and helpful. Ended up not being a big repair or drain - but recommended us a backup sumppump that we knew we needed.This third time we had a pipe burst into our sons nursery - they got someone out to our place in a few hours. I was blown away by the professionalism that Joe had when he came over.The plumbers that we had were kind, courteous, reasonable, knowledgeable and very professional. I couldn’t be happier to work with them and grateful to have a number to call without fear of being ‘taken advantage of’. I haven’t had to use their hvac side but we just signed up for the maintenance program and are excited to make use of that.

Mike arrived about 11:40, introduced himself and began evaluating heating system. He came by a couple of times to adjust thermostat and completed about 11:30. He then went out to truck to write report.When he returned he had many photos showing all he had worked on. Filter was black and replaced. Photo of fan blower wheel showed accumulation of dirt and requires cleaning. Port on interface connecting fan blower cleaned also. Good experience with only minor issues easily resolved.Typical spring remove cover from outside unit. Shown photo of inside of outside unit with capacitor that was leaking and had corroded wires, required replacing.A/C ready for summer cooling with minor hiccup. Was cheaper than replacing entire system.

I have used this company for their plumbing services in the past and am very happy with them. This spring I had to replace my AC/Heating unit because it was 23 years old and about time. This was a very large investment for my house, but Perfect Home Services couldn't have been more helpful and professional. They were there letting me know what was happening and why throughout the process.From the initial annual AC maintenance when they suggested it was time for a new unit and showed me why, through the evaluation/sales meeting, and continuing throughout the install and air duct cleaning processes....all helped to make me extremely comfortable with the decision and more importantly really felt the value that comes with the cost of this type service.This is a very expensive but extremely necessary project for a house...espy after 23 years....so it is critical you use a company like this. Give them a try....you will not be dissatisfied.

Extremely professional!!!!! Friendly service from the very first phone call I made to get a technician out! My specific guy, James Pope, was very explanatory with EVERYTHING! He described the work he did in great detail. I was having issues with ice forming on my air conditioning unit outside. There was no cold air flow throughout my house. My A/C works perfectly now! If you need anything HVAC, give Perfect Home Services a call first! You will NOT be disappointed! AAAAAAAA++++++++ experience!

I used this company for many years. Never had an issue. Then when I had them work on my shower, the plumber with 30+ years of experience could not figure out how to remove the part that turns on the shower. He came to my house 4 times, eventually destroyed the part on my shower. I had to take a total of 6 days off of work because of this simple job.( And I do mean simple). Eventually I got tired of taking time off of work because of him so I went into the shower to see what the problem was. This plumber of 30+years destroyed the part of my shower because he didn't remove a simple screw that was behind the part.After I removed the part I called them and told them to send a different plumber. They did not. They sent the same person over and told them I did not want him in my house.Eventually the job did get fixed and they "promised" to replace the broken part within 5 business days.4.5 weeks later, 5-7 phone calls, appointments that they didn't show up for and they sent over their warehouse employee to drop off the part.I have come to learn that this company will do the work. But if they mess something up on your house they will blow you off and deny anything. They will not refund you or own up to their mistakes.I paid for the job but I lost a weeks worth of income because of them. I do not recommend.

My parents inherited this company from being with Reeder. An appointment was scheduled for May 4th for a/c maintenance. I called to find out why they had not shown up yet. I was told they made a “decision not to service our area of Chicago” a couple of weeks ago! So instead of letting your customer know, they have to call and find out? Not a way to do business - and a strange way at that.

Want to charge us $2500 to rotate unit and fix their original work. Left messages for manager go unanswered. Was still charged full price for incomplete AC tuning

I’ve never posted a negative review before, but this is an instance when I truly feel something needs to be said.I recently contacted Perfect Home Services after purchasing our first home. The house is equipped with a tankless water heater system. I didn’t know too much about it, but I did know they needed maintenance; especially with hard water.Upon arrival, the plumber was very polite; I’ll give him that, but that’s about it. After just a few minutes, it was very apparent that this was a sales pitch instead of a diagnosis. After placing his hand on my tankless water heater, he confidently came to the conclusion that the unit required replacement.A few moments later, I had an estimate for $7,847 to replace the unit and install a product called Flow Tech. Just to put that into perspective, the tankless water heater I currently have installed goes for about $1,500 new; what’s the labor cost here? And this Flow Tech? It’s a scam. They claim it acts almost like a water softener; it’s cables wrapped around a pipe, look it up. If this product was truly this revolutionary, it would put water softeners out of production. Not to mention, you can’t find a price on this product because it can only be installed by a “licensed professional”.As for the cleaning service I initially asked for? They wanted over $1,000.I seriously doubt the legitimacy of most of these reviews and so should you. Stay away, they’re thieves. It’s a shame how dishonest companies can be. I’ve never been so upset about wasting $50 on a service fee.

They provide quality materials and services. Today, I had my sump pump system checked. All is well.

Perfect Home Services took over our long time HVAC company last year. They came out when we had a heating problem and said our furnace was inefficient and not installed properly and we needed a new furnace. We agreed and a new furnace was installed. We bought their VIP package.Fast forward to March of this year. They called to schedule a routine maintenance on our Air Conditioning unit. We were pleased that they reached out to us and we scheduled maintenance for today, April 21st.On Tuesday morning of this week they called to see if we could move our appointment to that afternoon but as we could not make that work they replied, "no problem, we'll see you on Friday."Yesterday morning we received an automated message reminding us of our appointment for today, 4/21.Yesterday afternoon we received a call telling us that there was a glitch in their scheduling system, they were overbooked, but would gladly reschedule us for their next available appointment on JULY 1ST. Who wants a season checkup on their air conditioner in July? And why were we not notified until less that 24 hours before our appointment? And how is this VIP service?No one could answer those questions. We spoke with 2 different members of their staff and were told by both they would "escalate our concerns as urgent and request someone call us." As no one else from Perfect Home Services has taken the time to reach out to us we can only surmise that our concerns and our business mean little to them and we'll move on, finding a company that values customers and customer service above all else.

They were good when they were orange HVAC, now they have become the most unreliable group. Call Tuesday morning for no heat, said they would be out in the afternoon, 5:30 called to say they couldn’t make it and rescheduled for Wednesday. 6:45 technician calls to say he’s on his way, 10 minutes later the office calls to reschedule because it’s dangerous weather even though the furnace is inside. IF YOU LOOSE HEAT DONT CALL THESE NITWITS

We had been talking about finding a reliable, and cost effective service to take a look at our air conditioner. It is about 6 years old on the outside of the house, but the main part is going on 26 years, and was showing mold on the inside.We called Perfect Home Services, and one of their employees, Alan, was at our house the next morning! He was very professional, and took the air conditioner apart, answering all of our questions, and explaining what we were seeing as he worked.Alan was the most thorough person that has ever looked at our air conditioner. He was very honest, and took pictures of the mold inside of the unit before he cleaned it, and made adjustments to fight the mold and increase the longevity of the unit.We were extremely happy with the service we received from Perfect Home Services, and especially from Alan.Terry & Jen
