Michael Sanchez was very kind and patient. He came to replace a Condensation Pump on my furnace, which another technician stated I needed - $700. I asked him to double check and make sure my current pump was really not working. He did, and discovered it was just clogged, saving me $700! I truly appreciated his integrity and honesty! Thank you Michael!

Chris installed both my new sewer pipe under my house and my new laundry sink. Very professional and I loved working with him. He went above and beyond to find my clog. I cannot state how great it was to work with him and Perfect Homes. I have used Perfect Homes now for over 15 years. Great service as always. Update-June 9, 2026, I had Perfect Home Services come today for my for my annual HVAC service. My technicians was wonderful. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. I really love working with this company. Every time they have come to my house they have done a wonderful job.

Just had my ac tuneup. Been using PHS since they installed my furnace & ac 3 years ago. My technician was Heintje and didn't let me down. Personable, professional and answered all my questions. Will definitely ask for him again. He did great!

Tony Karim came to do a tune up to my AC and Furnace. He was very communicative and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me tips and tricks to ensure my systems perform their best after the tune up. He made the process so easy for me and left me at ease when he left. Perfect Home Services Extends a Helping Hand to Daycare in A/C Emergency

Smart Start Academy in Plainfield lost their A/C in their daycare's newborn and toddler rooms on Monday afternoon. They had a company come out to repair it but had to order parts and were supposed to return the next day at 7am to do the repairs. They received a call from the company at 7:30 am and were told that they will not be able to make it until 9:30am.

When Perfect Home Services found out about it, our team supplied them with 3 portable a/c units in order to cool down the rooms and keep the children safe and cool on a day where it was exceptionally hot.

They, of course, were extremely grateful for everything we did. Smart Academy's director wrote to us saying, "I just wanted to send out a Big THANK YOU! To Prefect Home Services for all your help in our time of need. We would have been lost without you."
