My experience with Perfect Home Services has been excellent. Although I’ve had equipment failures over the last two seasons AC and now furnace again, the technicians are top notch and quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. My hope is that I just need them for regular maintenance from now on. Miguel was my technician for the last round he took his time, was thorough and even returned after realizing he forgot to disconnect a wire.

Ricardo Romero diagnosed the problem and restored the furnace to full operation. There was a follow up issue which Michael Sanchez spotted immediately. He then proceeded to resolve the issue so that the furnace is running smoothly.

Theo came to the house within two hours of our call. We were not able to get the furnace to turn on, even though it was fine the week before. Theo explained what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. He also advised us on the type of filter to use. We are so grateful for his help!

My experience has been awful. The customer service department has different information from the technical support. You are expected to be open for 12 hours and cannot be given a time window for the appointment. I do NOT recommend. Posting.

The 2 guys were prompt and got to work checking on the noise our A/C is making. They checked the furnace and the A/C unit and feel it is the compressor causing the excessive noise. They will be notifying me of next step including possibly replacing the entire Bryant A/C unit.

This is my second time using perfect perfect home solutions to do a tune-up on the furnace. I like the fact that the company as the technician call you a half hour before he arrives so if you were doing errands you can make it back home in time. In addition, the company gives you a picture profile of the technician that's coming which is nice to see a familiar face at the door and you can be assured it's no other salesperson or worse.The technician did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the furnace, showing me pictures before and after and reviewing the electrical readings that he got that showed it was within range. I will certainly continue to use perfect home solutions.
