I recently had Francisco Castro from PERFECT Home visit to check my hot water heater issue. While he didn't perform the actual repair during this visit, I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness.Francisco took the time to carefully inspect my hot water heater and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. He walked me through the problems he identified, outlined the required repairs, and made sure I understood all my options before moving forward. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. Francisco provided a detailed explanation of the issue, potential solutions, and associated costs, allowing me to make an informed choice about how to proceed. For anyone needing hot water heater service or other home repairs, I'd recommend giving PERFECT Home and Francisco Castro a call. The diagnostic visit was informative and helpful, setting clear expectations for the repair process.

My tech Jose C. was great!By dealing with the company is terrible.I.e.…” Fluid schedule timeframe from 8 AM till 10 PM at night” Then telling me that I am not on the schedule, A lot of conflicting communication from the companyHaving to confirm that I am home via text, tech & phone call from the company (3 times is a bit excessive)One time should be enough!!!!
