We were very happy with the service Perfect Home provided us! Muhanad M came out and did our furnance tune up. He explained what he was going to do, the results of his inspection and recommendations for products clearly. He spent a lot of time tweaking some loose duct work and made recommendations for future repairs. Definitely will contine to use Perfect Home.

My furnace was not working right after Christmas weekend on a very cold (20 degree) Monday. I called Perfect Home Service and they sent out their technician Tyler to check on it and have the installation team - Brandon & Marcos came out the same day to replace a new furnace.Great service and very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. We rejoined the VIP club and had our heating system inspected. Our tech Theo was on time, introduced himself and set about his work. He was polite, worked methodically completing the inspection. He offered some suggestions for our furnace operation.We had been VIP members in the past and used Perfect when it was time to replace our system 2 years ago. Because it was new then we let the membership lapse.

The issue with my furnace is resolved. It was the gas company issue. Perfect Home Services was professional and knowledgeable. After the gas company did their work, PHS came in and checked my gas furnace to make sure it was working properly.

After buying a high rise condo in Uptown, we setup a tune up for the furnace and ac, which were original to the unit and over 20 years old but still running at the time of inspection. The Perfect Home tech was helpful, professional, patient, and answered all my questions. Basically our furnace needed a new heat exchanger, along with a lot of other wear and tear replacements, but many of the parts and equipment were way out of modern spec. After discussing it for a while, I decided to replace the 20+ year old furnace and AC. The tech setup a follow up with someone who could go over options with me.Chelses arrived promptly within the timeframe and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We decided to go with a 2 stage furnace and regular AC on the roof. We were able to go over pricing, and he made sure we received any discounts we qualified for. The pricing for a new 2 stage furnace and new ac, along with installation, seemed fair at about 13.5k. Their flexible financing at zero interest was a big help.The one star deduction comes from the damage to our carpeting that resulted from the installation. We had just gotten new carpet installed in our bedroom the day before furnace installation (it was the only way the scheduling worked out since we had already had carpeting scheduled before the furnace needed replacing). I was worried but hoped Perfect Home would take every precaution not to damage our carpeting. Unfortunately after what was mostly a smooth installation process, there were several stains on our brand new carpet. The tech was understanding and helped document the damage, along with stains around the furnace opening, and a small chip in our drywall.Chelses was great about getting us in touch with Perfect Home's customer service. Now this is the part where it gets kind of annoying. Customer Service sets us up with a local contractor/repair company to fix the damage to the drywall and repaint the opening of the furnace. This person did a good job, but it took several appointments and a couple reschedulings to finally get the job done.Then come to find out for the carpet there was still more to the process. I had to provide a few quotes to Perfect Home CS, which they took several days to review. I did not get confirmation on which service to use until I contacted them several times about it. Finally they approved of the quotes and I was able to setup our carpet cleaning.SN Cleaning used their strongest enzymic cleaner and said that the stains were really tough to get out, and that the next step would be bleach if they were not completely removed. At this point, the carpet looks clean enough, though not as good as it did when brand new. At this point, I am just going to submit the payment forms to PH CS and get reimbursed for the carpet cleaning.Some feedback for PH. Please make sure techs cover flooring completely when working on furnaces in someone's home. I know accidents happen, but several stains on brand new 2k dollar carpeting after getting a 13k dollar new furnace was just depressing honestly.As far as the resolution goes, they need to work with repair persons who can get the job done in a timely and reliable way. Also, why does the customer have to use their time to research services for carpet cleaning and get quotes and wait for approval for over a week to get their own carpet fixed when it was PH who damaged it? They really need to streamline that process. PH should already have some options available, and PH should pay the carpet cleaning directly rather than customers having to be reimbursed after they already dropped over 13 thousand dollars on a new hvac and now have to deal with the damage from the install process.Overall, I was happy with PH's service when it came to everything except the aftermath of the install and dealing with customer service to get it resolved. I know they strive for 5 star service, and they just missed the mark on the finish line. Hopefully my feedback helps them get across it next time.

On December 8, 2023, our furnaces were tuned up by Alex from Perfect Home Services. He not only checked and tested the furnace but also provided detailed recommendations. We are appreciated his time and patience.On February 6, 2024, the services technician Alex traveled about an hour to get to our property, checked on furnace in detail and provided a few repair options. We appreciated his professional services and suggestions. Also we thanked for office's quick arrangement on setting up an appointment.On December 10, Tyler provided a maintenance Tune-Up for our furnaces. He checked in detail patiently and provided options for care and repair down the road. Also we’d appreciate coordination with appointments from the office.

I had 2 techs from Perfect Home do furnace clean and checks on the same day for me ( at 2 different properties).Technician Mike Sanchez did an awesome job! He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything very thoroughly, and a friendly guy!Technician Tyler Gaines did a great job, also (at another property). He was also prompt/on time, professional, and explained everything very well to me on the phone ( as I wasn't there in person). Quick response! We were scheduled for an annual tuneup of our temperamental high efficiency furnace in about a week, but our furnace began struggling to maintain the set temperature, loosing about a degree per hour. I phoned at 3:30 p.m and Destin was at our house in about 90 minutes, with the issue fixed in about an hour. The price was very reasonable too....Perfect!
