I was very happy that Destan Turner was sent to my home today to help diagnose and repair my HVAC system. Hottest days and my furnace goes out so no A/C!! He reviewed system from the start even though another tech was here yesterday and it was determined it was the mother board. After getting replacement board he went ahead and checked everything out first before replacing. After thoroughly going over everything he found the problem was “actually “ some exposed wires which caused the breaker to pop, so he had to rewire and replace the on/off switch! . 😎. He replaced it and I got my Ecobee set up again and “Hallelujah” the A/C is on cooling the house!! Destan was very pleasant and knowledgeable, along with being nice about the situation. He showed me what happened via photos and explanations which I truly appreciated. Thanks for sending him to my home! He gets an A++ rating!!! Judy Marx
