***Update as of 04/28/26--My family and I decided to take Perfect Home Services up on their $49 air conditioning unit tune up. Mike Sanchez came by to perform the task. He was great to work with---kind and very professional! Luckily our unit looked ok and only required the coils to be cleaned. Mike also re-caulked the exit site of our furnace exhaust pipe. Thanks so much, Mike!! Appreciate you coming out to help us and for your flexibility in scheduling! On Monday my family woke up to a 45 degree house. Our furnace was dead. I called Perfect Home Services since they were only a couple towns away. A technician was scheduled to come out that same day. We felt so lucky because we were so cold! Larry arrived with a smile and did a thorough inspection of our unit and answered all of our questions. He confirmed we needed a new furnace so he called in Jeremy to show us the various options. Jeremy also came out the same day even though it was already after 5pm. He too was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We purchased a unit and were told the install team would be there the next day. Ted, Isaac, and Pete arrived around noon in the negative temps but with a smile. They worked for 8 hours to install our unit having to go outside in the negative temps multiple times in order to drill openings for the intake and exhaust pipes. Once the job was completed they took the time to go over the unit, it’s filters, the humidifier, etc., even though it was almost 8pm. I was very impressed with Perfect Home Services and their entire team. We will definitely be calling them back in the summer to replace our air conditioning. Thanks again Perfect Home Services for saving us during this crazy Chicagoland winter!

Very nice service personnel! They did an excellent job fixing our AC unit. It took over two days to fix (once the diagnosis was made.) They were able to fix the unit from the outside so we were not inconvenienced so much.

I love that you guys were here when I needed you and got the job done...but your price for the work I think is a bit expensive

The tech today was very thorough to explain what he did. He had a great personality and explained everything to where we could understand. We would choose him again on future checkups and repairs.
