6/10/2025 Alan Ahlgard has been my go to guy for all HVAC upgrades and maintenance for the last couple of years. He has never disappointed. He has come up with excellent suggestions on improvements to my HVAC system. Very pleased with the functioning of my system, winter and summer. Also, what I like about Alan is that he doesn’t try to oversell unnecessary accessories. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Perfect Home Services is a great company to work with, precisely because it has people like Alan on its staff. 2/25/2025 I was pleased with the furnace tune-up and cleanup done by Enrique. The work was done in a very professional manner. Enrique went over the details of his measurements with me and sent me a detailed view of the furnace operation. Very courteous and friendly. Definitely happy with PHS and their staff.

Miguel Rubio was personable and professional. He did the inspection throughly and offered easy to understand answers to my questions. I would welcome him back for my next service call. He even cleaned up my AC unit with a waterhose.

I had my annual air conditioning check-up today. Niko came on time, performed the tune-up by checking all susceptible parts. He reviewed his findings and make recommendations for upgrades. He was very professional and not pushy. Great Service again from Perfect Home Services.

Jonathan Crague saved the day today. During a plumbing inspection for our tank less water heater he noticed our dishwasher hose was not adequately installed. We obtained a quote and he re-plumbed it and fixed our problem. Thank you!!

On Monday a technician from Perfect Home Services (Keo V.) came to do the yearly checkup on my AC unit. He was very upbeat and happy and that was a pleasure to see. He told me what he planned on doing both in the basement and with the AC unit outside. Keo provided photos and what he saw in the units and offered some services that the company offers. My unit is new so it did not need anything but a check. I like that Perfect Home Services offers this maintenance program, I have someone to call in case of a problem.

Perfect Home Services Extends a Helping Hand to Daycare in A/C Emergency

Smart Start Academy in Plainfield lost their A/C in their daycare's newborn and toddler rooms on Monday afternoon. They had a company come out to repair it but had to order parts and were supposed to return the next day at 7am to do the repairs. They received a call from the company at 7:30 am and were told that they will not be able to make it until 9:30am.

When Perfect Home Services found out about it, our team supplied them with 3 portable a/c units in order to cool down the rooms and keep the children safe and cool on a day where it was exceptionally hot.

They, of course, were extremely grateful for everything we did. Smart Academy's director wrote to us saying, "I just wanted to send out a Big THANK YOU! To Prefect Home Services for all your help in our time of need. We would have been lost without you."
