I had 2 techs from Perfect Home do furnace clean and checks on the same day for me ( at 2 different properties).
Technician Mike Sanchez did an awesome job! He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything very thoroughly, and a friendly guy!

Technician Tyler Gaines did a great job, also (at another property). He was also prompt/on time, professional, and explained everything very well to me on the phone ( as I wasn't there in person). He was very thorough in explaining an issue that needed to be addressed soon with the furnace, to avoid a breakdown.

And, on 6/6/26- Mike came out again, to do the annual cleaning/ tune-up of the AC system. Great service, as usual! Very friendly, thorough and helpful in explaining any issues with the AC, to look out for ( including a recommendation to have the ducts cleaned). Thanks, Mike!
