Required my annual VP furnace inspection and cleaning on Sept 26, 2025.My technical 6P9-Niko Hernandez was assigned. Called to let me know when he would arrive, and was on time.We when over what would be done, Niko wasted no time getting started and also answered some questions that I had about my Themostat control, which he answered plus check it out. Also, explained that being a V.P customer I was also allowed one A/C cleaning per year but like last year time just got away and that the technician did take care of the A/C.At this point 6P9-Niko stepped up, said no problem when he was finished with the furnace, he would be happy to take care of the A/C as well. He even when over what would be good times to call for the cleanings in order that I would receive both units per year. Niko Hernandez I feel is an outstanding technician, he's a pleasant person to work with an very efficient as well.And if all possible I would like to request His service for next year V.P cleaning.Thanks for a job well done. One more AC repair call due to a refrigrant leak. The technician, Enrique Carillo, was extremely thorough and methodical in diagnosing the leak source, which was a leak in the evaporator. Enrique took care to replace the evaporator and test the entire system. It took the better part of two days to complete the repair, but it was needed. Hopefully, this will finally solve the issue.

Jonathan was at our home today to flush our tankless water heater and provided an overall plumbing inspection. He was communicative of his arrival time, explained what he'd be doing, asked if we had issues or concerns and performed the services as requested. He provided a no pressure quote for a few suggested improvements which was helpful. Overall, excellent service and knowledge!

Theo did my yearly air conditioner maintenance and was very polite and did a great job cleaning out the inside of the unit with previous employees always stating they didn’t have a hose. On my furnace cleaning Ricardo Ramero was my tech and did also a great job cleaning and inspecting all connections and advising with pictures. I thought he is one of their best employees

Today, Sept 18, the furnace got a checkup by a technician, THEO, from PHS.He was gracious because I was not home at the appointment time even though I thought I would be. Theo got right down to business once I got home (just 10 minutes from school dropoff).He did what he was trained to do and told me what could be done to make the furnace work more efficiently. I'll save that for the next time.I appreciate the skills of the technicians from PHS, I have not been disappointed.

My latest service call was scheduled promptly and my technician was very patient and thorough while diagnosing any potential issue. He remained at my home to ensure the issue did not replicate and advised that I could call anytime if it did resurface. Happy with the service and the professionalism of my tech, but in the future, would definitely prefer to speak to a human when scheduling vs. an AI 'chatbot'.
