I learned a lot about what was going on with the plumbing in my house and Martin did not pressure me into buying anything that I didn't need. He was great - very professional and did a great job of answering questions and explaining what he found. Fortunately, since we keep up with our HVAC system, Joel did not have much to recommend to us. Overall, very pleased with Perfect Home Services as every tech who has come to our home has been fantastic.Update post on March 11, 2021Dennis Fau came to complete preventative maintenance on our AC unit to make sure we are in good shape for the summer. He did impressive work - shared with us a component we could have added onto our AC unit for a reasonable cost that could extend the life of our relatively new unit. We decided we would like the part installed and Dennis completed the work quickly and cleanly on the same day. Keep up the great work Dennis and team!Update post on February 7, 2021Bob came by to install a new Ecobee thermostat today (-8° on Super bowl Sunday). He was great! Worked quickly and cleanly. He was also very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. I highly recommend Perfect Home Services because of their top-notch techs, like Bob. Interestingly, learned today that Nest thermostats have a battery that dies if they are not wired in a certain way - not a problem with the Ecobee.Update post on September 17, 2020:Brent B came by today to perform an annual plumbing inspection that is part of the service package we had purchased with our furnace and AC back in February. He called ahead to let me know what time he would be at my home to complete the inspection, and arrived on-time.Upon arrival, Brent was very friendly and got to work quickly. During his inspection, he noted that one of our sump pumps was beginning to wear, so recommended a replacement. We agreed with his assessment and he was able to complete the work on the spot. Not only did he replace our sump, but he did a fantastic job of sealing off the sump well - it is very clean, looks great, and got rid of the smell of sulfur we used to get while doing laundry.I highly recommend Perfect for plumbing services, and don't hesitate to ask for Brent B as he did an amazing job.This is the second time we have used Perfect Home Services in 2020 and I am overwhelmingly impressed with the staff's professionalism and excellent work.Original Post from February 2020:Kyle R came by first to help troubleshoot the issue my wife and I were having with our furnace. He was very helpful and thorough in his explanations of the issue and our options to resolve.

I just had a new central air unit put in. I have had other work done by this company. Chelses the first repairman and the installers were all very down to Earth but professional. Very polite answered any questions you had talked about other things besides just the work being done. Took all the garbage with them didn't leave a mess. Made me feel comfortable that they were working in my home. I asked for a couple things that normally you have to chase down like a hard copy receipt. And it was sent to me right away. I had some other questions after it was installed and they took care of everything I needed. I would recommend this company to anybody they are all very professional and friendly. Five stars!! I am going to be in the process of moving and when I do if I need anything I will call them.

Enrique really went above and beyond. He was dispatched due to a poor experience with another technician, and Enrique took his time and ensured the job was completed fully. He spent time addressing concerns and providing some advice on next steps to keep my furnace and AC in tip top shape. He really made up for what was a horrible experience last week. He is the tech to request!

Chris installed both my new sewer pipe under my house and my new laundry sink. Very professional and I loved working with him. He went above and beyond to find my clog. I cannot state how great it was to work with him and Perfect Homes. I have used Perfect Homes now for over 15 years. Great service as always.

Our experience with Perfect Home Services has consistently been a great one! As their name suggests they do offer a seamless service experience from beginning to end. For our most recent service request, we were very impressed with the professionalism of Chelses, Gustavo, Jesse and Charles. They were all very knowledgable, courteous, timely and answered all our questions. I have been telling my neighbors-- they need to give this company a try!

The technician from Perfect Home Services had all the tools and equipment needed to unclog our two kitchen sink drains that were plugged solid with grease. Two sizes of motorized snakes were with him on the truck. Both were used. With the small snake he was able to clear the really small line leading away from the dishwasher! Wow! The tech wore booties upon entering my home. He inquired as to the exact nature of the problem. I informed him a breaker had popped and had to be replaced. I had the breaker as was one not readily available. He opened the electrical panel and quickly replaced the popped breaker. Problem quickly resolved. We had a leaky pipe in our basement ceiling the day before the new floors were being installed as part of our basement finishing project. Not wanting the new floors to get water damage, we called Perfect Home Services. They had someone at our house within two hours. Jonathan Delgado had the leaky pipe replaced in less than 30 minutes, ensuring the work in the basement could continue the next day. Great experience.

EDIT- service date 7-24-25 Today Malcolm Davis came out to service my AC. I continue to do business with this company because of employees like him. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He actually waited in his truck for a storm to pass for a half hour so he could provide great service and make sure my AC continues to run properly in this heat. Thank you, Malcolm!Had my plumbing tune up today, and the consultant Martin Macintosh was superb! Very friendly and professional. He also was wonderful with my dog, have to mention that. Great guy, and Perfect Home Services is the only place I go to for heating, plumbing and AC needs. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with Alex Rivera, who came over to fix some electrical issues in my home. We had a few outlets that were tripping the main socket, and I wasn’t exactly sure what the root cause was. Alex was incredibly professional, straight to the point, thorough, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the issue within minutes, explained what needed to be done, and had everything fixed and cleaned up within a few hours. The work was solid, and everything has been functioning perfectly since.

I needed my Nest replaced after finding out 1st generation Nests would no longer be receiving updates. I tried doing it myself and couldn't figure out the wires. Alex Arellano installed my new Amazon smart thermostat quickly and set it up for me as well with my Alexa app. Also included was HVAC check up which was nice because winter will be back in a few short months. He was very friendly and did a great job!

The guy(Jonathan Delgado) who just left did a great job. He didn’t have to do the main line after all, he did the tub and the kitchen sink separately and that fixed everything and was not messy. He was super clean, wore boot coverings and gloves, etc. and was very knowledgeable. 5 star’s !!

7/17/25 Review - Alex came to my house for a scheduled annual A/C inspection. He was very polite, professional and thorough as he went about inspecting and testing the HVAC unit in the basement as well as the outdoor unit. When finished he went through all the photos and observations he made during his inspection. He found everything to be in good order with the exception of a slightly high amp draw on the blower motor, which I will keep an eye on. Again, very thorough and professional service.Joe responded to a service call for a tankless water heater that wasn't heating properly. There were no error codes to help identify the problem, so this required a fair amount of investigation to pinpoint the problem. Joe was meticulous in doing a full diagnostic examination of the heater and was successful in getting it fully functional. Very personable and professional throughout the service call.
