I recently had Francisco Castro from PERFECT Home visit to check my hot water heater issue. While he didn't perform the actual repair during this visit, I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness.Francisco took the time to carefully inspect my hot water heater and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. He walked me through the problems he identified, outlined the required repairs, and made sure I understood all my options before moving forward.What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. Francisco provided a detailed explanation of the issue, potential solutions, and associated costs, allowing me to make an informed choice about how to proceed.For anyone needing hot water heater service or other home repairs, I'd recommend giving PERFECT Home and Francisco Castro a call. My tech Jose C. was great!By dealing with the company is terrible.I.e.…” Fluid schedule timeframe from 8 AM till 10 PM at night” Then telling me that I am not on the schedule, A lot of conflicting communication from the companyHaving to confirm that I am home via text, tech & phone call from the company (3 times is a bit excessive)One time should be enough!!!!

I am a person with a disability and when I call Perfect home services they sent Enrique Carrillo. He was a tech who came to help me with my AC unit to see what was wrong with it. We have had a wide variety of service ls from PHS and have had positive experiences every time. From plumbing fixes, to new furnace and water heater, to regular maintenance we have had great service. Friendly and professional employees who know what they are doing and explain everything clearly. They are definitely not the cheapest service around, but you get what you pay for.

Juan Heredia, P653, is absolutely the best! Very knowledgeable and he does a wonderful job explaining how everything works. I now know what the Condensation pump does, how it connects to the furnace and air conditioner, when it should be running, what it sounds like when it runs, and what to watch for, etc. He cleaned out the inside of the pump also. Juan is top notch!

My A/C was providing no cool air. Antonio came out, needed two visits to diagnose, test, and fix and find the small coolant leak in the system. Excellent work and now have excellent cooling in the home. Many thanks to Antonio and his assistant Juan (second visit) for sorting out the issue! No A/C in Chicago summers not fun.
