Antonio did a great job explaining everything he was doing and cleaning the system. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the AI phone system had to sit home all day because it kept telling me check the tracking. There was no tracking sent. Finally at 4pm got a live preson to talk to. This AI will lead to less business, people want to talk to a human.

Ricardo Romero and Michael came to fix my furnace which was not working. It was a complex issue. Ricardo try every step needed to solve the problem. I had confidence he would find a solution. He and Michael were polite, efficient and problem solvers. I've used your company for many years and have been pleased with the outcome every time. Has having issues with my furnace not running properly along with water leakage within the unit. Perfect Home Services was able to send out a technician same day. Mike Sanchez was able to quickly identify the issue. He fixed the issue and cleaned the unit up before any major damage happened to the unit. Furnace is now running properly.

We continue to be very happy with Perfect Home. This time Corey Arce came out to clean and check our two furnaces and make sure we were ready for winter. Corey was very informative and personable. He clearly is knowledgeable and experienced, and was able to explain what he saw and did, and why, and to give us notes about items to keep an eye on going forward. Great job replacing kitchen faucet and leaking shutoff valves. Debugged low water pressure and resolved. Looked at similar low water pressure in bathroom and resolved no charge. I highly recommend Perfect. We have done a number of jobs with them including tankless water system all great work.

UPDATE: Bryant from Perfect Home Services reached out to me to make things right, and worked very hard on my behalf to schedule my furnace maintenance appointment and to make sure that I was not cancelled on again. The technician was swift in his service, and all was well. I appreciate that Bryant will take my concerns to management and when we know better, we do better, so hopefully that will help moving forward in my relationship with this company. Many thanks to Bryant for helping me with my concerns and frustration.Updating my review to say that this company has let me down! We have had two seasons now where we have had our service appointments cancelled. This week, we were unceremoniously cancelled at the end of the day, TWICE, with no apologies, just the same excuse that ‘emergencies came up!’ No effort to work overtime to fulfill their obligation to adhere to our scheduled appointment. I was put on a very long hold only for the gal to return saying nothing could be done, no waiver of my service fee, no manager I could speak with (‘in a meeting’), no remorse that they did this to me twice in a week. At 4 pm, told me service people work until 10 pm but there was no way in the next 6 hours (!) someone could come to my home and fulfill the scheduled appointment. This has happened 3 times too many. We will not support a company that does this to its customers who take off time and work to be home for the appt. I do not recommend this company. Very very disappointed. Thank goodness I did not buy the maintenance plan!Old review: We are very pleased with this company. The employees are all extremely professional, polite, thorough, detail-oriented, work very hard and efficiently, and go the extra mile for the customer. We had a new furnace and AC installed, as well as a humidifier and duct cleaning. While a large sum for all of these things, we feel they gave us a very fair price and exceeded our expectations for the installation and cleaning. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Great guy Ricardo, came out to us in such short notice. He was very helpful and definitely explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. Didn’t force any service on me and gave me exactly what I needed. Because of this I’ll be a loyal customer and will be doing my services with this company. My experience with Perfect Home Services has been excellent. Although I’ve had equipment failures over the last two seasons AC and now furnace again, the technicians are top notch and quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. My hope is that I just need them for regular maintenance from now on. Miguel was my technician for the last round he took his time, was thorough and even returned after realizing he forgot to disconnect a wire.

Ricardo Romero diagnosed the problem and restored the furnace to full operation. There was a follow up issue which Michael Sanchez spotted immediately. He then proceeded to resolve the issue so that the furnace is running smoothly.
