I had my annual furnace check-up today. This check-up insures me that I will not have any issues this winter. Niko Hernandez came on time, had his usual biggest smile and performed the furnace tune-up by checking all critical parts. Checking is not just looking, it means testing for electrical properties necessary to run the furnace. He reviewed his findings and make recommendations for upgrades. He was very professional and not pushy. Great Service again from Niko Hernandez and Perfect Home Services.

They were incredibly responsive.I called in the morning,that same day in the early afternoon they had a technician out to do a thorough investigation into the problems.We decided to get prices for replacements instead of repairing my existing equipment.They had an salesman out that same evening.We agreed upon a price and the very next day they sent two professional installers to complete the job.I would highly recommend them for anyone with immediate HVAC issues.

I scheduled my Fall Checkup for my furnace through Perfect Services which I have been using since the installation in 2024This summer I had to upgrade my Google thermostat as the model was no longer supported so I upgraded to their latest release of Google Nest Learning Thermostat.When the technician came to do the seasonal tuneup, the heating check failed to fire-up. After going through a variety of testing connections, the tech found that two white wires were switched. It was apparently done by installation of the new thermostat. In order to get the furnace operational, the same two wires connected in the furnace had to be flipped. The tech did a wonderful job in trouble shooting and explaining what he did to resolve the problem.I have been amazed with the quality of Perfect Services technicians. They document with photos of all actions that were done. I have not been disappointed since they became my HVAC servicing company.

I’m a VIP member with Perfect Home Services.Today I had my annual air conditioner service done by Zack and Steve that was in training. Zack did excellent job training Steve for Perfect Home. I inform them that I was very happy to have TWO technician inspect my 5 year old air conditioner and 16 year old furnace. I would highly recommend both technician. Zack recommended me he service my furnace in 2021.

First time using this company after they bought out our previous provider. The technician, Cam, was a great intro to the company. He was professional and personable! He took time to explain everything he was doing AND kept answering all my other questions about what was happening. He was clear and articulate. Definitely recommend based on this experience!Update: we continue to use PHS and the techs have always been great. Today, Michael and Ricardo were here for heating check . Overall, very pleased with Perfect Home Services as every tech who has come to our home has been fantastic.Update post on March 11, 2021Dennis Fau came to complete preventative maintenance on our AC unit to make sure we are in good shape for the summer. He did impressive work - shared with us a component we could have added onto our AC unit for a reasonable cost that could extend the life of our relatively new unit. We decided we would like the part installed and Dennis completed the work quickly and cleanly on the same day. Keep up the great work Dennis and team!Update post on February 7, 2021Bob came by to install a new Ecobee thermostat today (-8° on Super bowl Sunday). He was great! Worked quickly and cleanly. He was also very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. I highly recommend Perfect Home Services because of their top-notch techs, like Bob. Interestingly, learned today that Nest thermostats have a battery that dies if they are not wired in a certain way - not a problem with the Ecobee.Update post on September 17, 2020:Brent B came by today to perform an annual plumbing inspection that is part of the service package we had purchased with our furnace and AC back in February. He called ahead to let me know what time he would be at my home to complete the inspection, and arrived on-time.Upon arrival, Brent was very friendly and got to work quickly. During his inspection, he noted that one of our sump pumps was beginning to wear, so recommended a replacement. We agreed with his assessment and he was able to complete the work on the spot. Not only did he replace our sump, but he did a fantastic job of sealing off the sump well - it is very clean, looks great, and got rid of the smell of sulfur we used to get while doing laundry.I highly recommend Perfect for plumbing services, and don't hesitate to ask for Brent B as he did an amazing job.This is the second time we have used Perfect Home Services in 2020 and I am overwhelmingly impressed with the staff's professionalism and excellent work.Original Post from February 2020:Kyle R came by first to help troubleshoot the issue my wife and I were having with our furnace. He was very helpful and thorough in his explanations of the issue and our options to resolve.

I just had a new central air unit put in. I have had other work done by this company. Chelses the first repairman and the installers were all very down to Earth but professional. Very polite answered any questions you had talked about other things besides just the work being done. Took all the garbage with them didn't leave a mess. Made me feel comfortable that they were working in my home. I asked for a couple things that normally you have to chase down like a hard copy receipt. And it was sent to me right away. I had some other questions after it was installed and they took care of everything I needed. I would recommend this company to anybody they are all very professional and friendly. Five stars!! I am going to be in the process of moving and when I do if I need anything I will call them.

He spent time addressing concerns and providing some advice on next steps to keep my furnace and AC in tip top shape. He really made up for what was a horrible experience last week. The technician from Perfect Home Services had all the tools and equipment needed to unclog our two kitchen sink drains that were plugged solid with grease. Two sizes of motorized snakes were with him on the truck. Both were used. With the small snake he was able to clear the really small line leading away from the dishwasher! Wow! The tech wore booties upon entering my home. He inquired as to the exact nature of the problem. I informed him a breaker had popped and had to be replaced. I had the breaker as was one not readily available. He opened the electrical panel and quickly replaced the popped breaker. Problem quickly resolved. He was very pleasant and resolved the problem quickly. On to the next call.
